4 injured in Pampore mishap

Pampore: Four persons, including two women were injured in a road mishap in Pampore area of South Kashmir on Friday.
Reports said a Maruti car bearing registration No JKO3- 7100 driven by Imtiyaz Ahmed Malla son of Bashir Ahmad, resident of Tulbagh, Pampore and Santro Car having no JKO1M-4327 driven by an unidentified driver had a collision near Litterbal, Kadlabal on Thursday evening. Four persons were injured in the mishap. The injured have been identified as Ghulam Mohd Malla son of Habibullah Malla resident of Kadlabal Pampore, Shabnam wife of Feroz Ahmad Pandith resident of Qamarwari Srinagar and Haleema wife of Bashir Ahmad Malla resident of Tulbagh, Pampore who were travelling in the said Maruti car. Both the vehicles were damaged in the accident, SHO Manzoor Ahmad Beigh told Kashmir Reader.
All the injured persons were shifted to sub district hospital Pampore for treatment where from one of the injured; Imtiyaz Ahmad was shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar for further treatment. After the accident, driver of the Santro car fled the spot. However both the vehicles have been seized by the police.
A case has been registered in this regard.
