Kashmir: Pampore shuts on fourth day to mourn militant killings

Pampore: A complete shutdown is being observed on fourth consecutive day on Wednesday in Pampore and its adjoining areas against the killing of three foreign militants on Monday during the 48-hour long gun-battle in Sempoora village of Pampore town in Pulwama.
The Shops and business establishments were closed since Saturday afternoon when encounter broke out between militants and government forces near EDI Building on Srinagar National-Highway, though, the traffic plied normally on the Highway.
Police and paramilitary forces were deployed on National Highway to avoid any untoward incident.
