Kashmir shuts on Guru’s anniversary

Srinagar: Amid restrictions in old city, a complete shutdown is being observed across the Kashmir on Tuesday on the third death anniversary of Afzal Guru.

Shops and commercial establishments remained shut while traffic remained off the roads. The pro-freedom groups have called for a shutdown today to press for seeking mortal remains of Indian Parliament attack convict Guru.
