Jama’at delegation to attend Pakistan Day function

Srinagar: Jama’at-e-Islami Tuesday said that its high-level delegation led by Ameer-i-Jama’at, Mohammad Abdullah Wani, left for New Delhi to attend Pakistan Day Functions being held on April 2.
In a statement, it said that “the Pakistan High Commissioner to India, Abdul Basit had extended invitation to Jama’at to attend the occasion.”
“Wani is accompanied by head of Jama’at’s Political Affairs Bureau and spokesperson, Advocate Zahid Ali,” it said.
