PAMPORE: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a Sarpanch’s father in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on late Saturday.
Police sources said the gunmen fired upon Ghulam Mohammmad Dar when he was coming out of the mosque at Dogripora in Awantipora area. Dar died on the spot.
The 85-year-old Dar was the father of PDP Sarpanch Mohammad Shaban.
