SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Football Association has announced 24 probables for the 68th edition of Santosh Trophy-a premier inter-state soccer tourney in Indian domestic circuit-starting January 31 at Delhi.
The team will be accompanied by three officials from the JKFA that include Muhammad Shafi Nari as head coach, . Majid Yousuf Dar (Manager Sports J&K Bank) as manager and Dr. Karran Nayyar as team physio.
There are seven players from J&K Bank, five from Forest XI, four each from J&K Police and AG’s XI, two from Food and Supplies XI and J&K Power Development will have one of their players in the squad.
In the preliminary round J&K have to face Uttar Pradesh on January 31in next encounter J&K will lock horns against Punjab on February 2 and on February 4 J&K will battle it out against Himachal Pradesh.
